I have just finished reading The Bitcoin Standard, then Check Your Financial Privilege and now about 1/3 through The Fiat Standard.

I am now prepared to challenge @Dole ver 2.0 to a public Bitcoin debate. I’m willing to do so in whatever format he chooses as long as it includes live voice (I would prefer Zoom with video turned on).

If Dole accepts my challenge, as he no doubt will considering his unflinching confidence in his position, we will just need a moderator and to decide whether we have prepared questions or not (I prefer not).

@Dole ver 2.0 what date works best for you?

I don't want to compromise my privacy and other business and private associations given the tens of thousands of un-woke comments I've made both here and on the other Hoop.

How about we start a thread here - with a poll. You state your case for crypto, and I state the case against and let the people of HN vote?

A limit of say, up to 2000 words each, quotes OK, results of research OK, but no plagiarism.
 
This would take some time since you have gone through a lot more materials then me - up to now. So I'd need some prep time also.
