Yup looks like a clearcoat of some sort. Will tie it all together so it won't chip in layers.

If you want to make it look realistic, it should look perfect for the first part, have a small imperfection, look good again and then get completely fucked up at the end.
Definitely asking for a hefty HOA violation.
@ people who live in HOA jurisdictions and @ people who have street curbs to paint. Move out of that people farm you're living in and gift yourself some quiet relaxing countryside to do whatever you want with.

If you have multiple kids, they have someone to play with. And if you do your country livin' right, their school friends will want to play at your house.
Well water is MUCH more cost effective than city water and the quality of water is likely a push. Cities typically add a bunch of chemicals to treat the water they pump out of polluted resources. Country water is more natural, but could contain unfiltered pollutants and natural sediments. If you want clean water, you need to properly treat it yourself no matter where you live. And the result coming out of your faucets is also heavily reliant on the condition of the pipes in your house.
