With all this Afghanistan stuff and the 20th anniversary of 9-11 coming up, I thought it's time to hit you guys with a harsh truth.

Most of you were in school of some kind when 9-11 happened. Nowadays, it's talked about in history class.

The tv shows you watched are now classics.

The music you listened to? Old school.

Face it, millennials. You getting old.

Welcome to the party.

Is this the official yearly "tell everyone what you were doing on 9/11" post?

I feel like the years for Millennials has moved a couple times now. I was raised thinking I was on the tail end of Gen X...maybe Gen Y...then when I hit 30 they told me I was a Millennial, which might just be the same thing as Gen Y? I dunno.

whatever it is, it's stupid.

It's not 9/11 yet....
Aware.

Just want to know where I can get my yearly dose of middle aged men telling the same story about how they were nowhere near New York at the time.

Yep.

Olds have really grabbed on to the term “Millenial” and refused to let go.

I think it applies to anyone between 45 and 7 now.

Im 40 and was surprised at 35 to find out I was not actually part of the generation I grew up in.

Nobody ever grabbed on to the term boomer or denigrates it in anyway.

Milennials are pretty trash. They created social media.
Eh. Most of the creators of the big social medias out there are at or around the cutoff of the millennial/genx cut off.
