Dude is going to earn himself a bigger job soon. I don’t know how great a coach he is with X’s and O’s, but he’s able to attract better talent like he has at Jackson St. and turn things around.

Does he want a bigger job? Seems like he wants to be where he is.
I have heard he likes it there. He makes enough between coaching there, sponsorships, and barstool. And doesn’t have to deal with the stress of big time college football. So maybe he doesn’t? But the schools are going to come knocking

He says he wants to be at a HBCU and seems to be sincere in that mission. He could always change his mind, but his motives appear to be genuine.

He is getting a lot of transfers because of his name. That makes it pretty easy in the SWAC. That success doesn’t always translate to the next level. Be the big fish in a small pond.

I don’t think he’d get an offer to a big power 5 yet. But I could see a group of 5 or small power 5 give him a shot. If he can get legit power 5 players to transfer to the SWAC imagine what he could get in a major conference.

Again, I have no idea on what his actual x and o skills are. But half of college football is recruiting. Surround himself with good coordinators and he could be a force.

He also invited notorious Instagram Ho Brittney Renner to talk to his team about how women like her try to trap athletes with babies.

COACHING LEGEND

Guy might be the shittiest coach with the biggest clown car of assistants.

But at the level having name appeal is huge and by god does he have that. I won't even laugh at him, if he can build something like that on name alone he's doing at least SOMETHING right.

Imagine fucking over your alma mater this bad

He’s building a…. what is Jackson State’s colors?

He's definitely preaching about rebuilding HBCU's to their former level and it looks like he is garnering some disciples.

Have not heard anything fron him since he was a sportscaster on one of those NFL shiws.....Hell,I didnt know he was a college headcoach....

He can stay right where hes at as to where I cant hear his loud mouth, his cocaine nose and his fake personality in the college ranks........right where I will never hear from him again...

I wish he could take Michael Irvin with him too.......they deserve each other.

He’s demanding to be seen/heard. Why didn’t they interview him when the job was open (Arkansas did iirc) He was at least worth an interview but now.. FSU is paying the price for overlooking him.

I don’t doubt he’ll be at a bigger job soon, probably as soon as end of the year next season and he’ll be taking the big croot with him. I like him, hope he gets to the top level ASAP.

FSU still got a top class. They did fine recruiting

and what do you mean you like him? Who the fuck likes him?

I'd guess he is at FSU by this time next year. Unless he feels like FSU gave him the middle finger and so he decides to give one right back. But if he goes to a P5, I'd think the obvious choice is FSU.

people look at Jackson State's record and immediately think that FSU and others fucked up by not giving him a chance.

dude is currently coaching in FCS' version of C-USA. the MEAC and the SWAC don't play any teams from FCS' top conferences. Pretty weird.

Take everything Sanders accomplishes at Jackson State with a grain of salt.

Fort Worth paper said that some of the people on the TCU search committee (mainly LaDainian Tomlinson) wanted him. So they kicked the tires a little but that got squelched real fast from some of the BMDs and admin. DFW has a bad taste in their mouth from the experience with Deion's failed Prime Time Academy charter school fiasco.
