Why would you do that?

I'll be honest. I did it once. Once and I'm not sure if it was because I felt bad or it really tasted like shit.

My rule on fish is it's eaten or tossed. I'm not a fan of wasting food but seafood leftovers are going to be tossed immediately or sit for a few days before they get tossed. It's easier to not make them take up space in the fridge
