Meh, Bama was due. It's been 15 years. Last night was a mix of terrible defense, sloppy play on Bama's side, lack of discipline, and outstanding play by a Vol QB who may wind up winning the HT.

If Bama finds a way to lose to Ole Miss, then I'll be livid.

I agree. Ohio State should have had some tougher opponents so far this season but with Michigan State, Wisconsin, and ND being down it hasn't worked out. Only comfort is that they are doing terrible things to those opponents.

Yeah, but Bama's secondary has been MIA for years now, but only really good offenses like the Vols make it obvious to all, since Bama is generally good enough to score enough to win. That receiver of yours spent a great deal of time in the open field with barely a defender in sight.

For what it's worth, I don't like your chances vs. UGA ... which does have a really good defense.

The funny part is Alabama fans/players have been making up all kinds of stories (most proven false) of being attacked by Tennessee fans. Then this got posted as a response and now crickets.

I posted in Week 7 LOL but the meltdown by Alabama right now is getting tiring. It isn't just fans either, I saw video today of former players talking about Henry To'o To'o shouldn't be lineback. Saban calling out players, etc.

The truth is that I don't think Alabama's defense was as bad as it looks, I think Alabama got rattled by Neyland and Saban is too egotistically to admit it and frankly his poor coaching is not preparing them for the hostile environment that they were walking into.

I am hearing now that Alabama players appeared rattled the entire game and you can probably blame over half their penalties on the crowd noise/atmosphere.
