Yellow Jackets coming off a huge win v Pitt, but even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. Or maybe GT just needed a new coach to fix a few issues to get to reasonability? We will find out some today.

Duke coming off a solid win over UVA, and making a really good run at the division. TBD, but this Duke team is much better than usual.

Finally, this game means something for the ACC Coastal Race. Vegas has Duke -3.5, I think I will take GT here. Headed to see if I can improve my HooplaCash stash.

Sims is playing well so far, maybe he’s having one of his rare good days.
 
Great drive by Sims but only ended up with 3. But we’re winning, that is all I care about.
 
Refs doing their share to screw Duke
 
Tech up 10. Looking sharp, Sims looks good when he isnt running for his life the entire game.
 
Tech up 14 with about 10 min left. Duke D is struggling while Tech D seems to hold when it matters most.
 
Georgia Tech is pulling their Nebraska impression. Firing a coach and starting to win now.

Wisconsin as well.

It’s a bit crazy how different this team looks after 2 weeks, like these coaches were completely holding us back. A lot of football to play yet, but 2 wins in a row is something we haven’t had in 3 years.

I am holding out on you guys but definitely call out because if you win and provided no shenanigans with Wisconsin; Georgia Tech, Nebraska, and Wisconsin will be 5-0 since firing their coaches.

Well its a win for Jeff and Tech. Sorry @douggie it was a really good game.

ST screwed us and there was some questionable ref calls to both teams in the last 5 min. Gottta say we put ourselves in this OT by not letting the clock run more in our last 2 possessions. IDK what that’s about. It’s a no brainer.

@rfjeff9 yep, Tech controlled the ball most of the game. Duke made a valiant effort but the kicker, Ham, just couldn't deliver the FG to extend the game. Congrats on the win. Two in a row for the first time since like 2018 for the Wreck.
