Certainly not bragging. Oregon was the only OOC P5 Nebraska played and were ranked #22 at the time.
You are correct though, in that I should have used Wyoming for my OOC example.

The 2016 Oregon team was so bad that it got an Oregon coach fired. That hadn't happened since 1976. And the Nebraska game was a perfect example of how much of a dumb ass he was. We lost the game because he wouldn't kick extra points. He went for 2 on each of the 5 touchdowns
