Yeah, if it's only 8, add a cap I was under the impression we might have 12 drafters for some reason.

40 Cap would be fine imo.
 
So my wife and I are in the process of looking for a new home. In addition to that we're going in on the property with my mother who will be looking for an in-law type area for herself. Even in a "down" market like we're having right now in the bay area, these damn house prices are F-ing ridiculous. Seriously, no one should have to pay this amount of money for this little property.

I can't imagine how much houses are in your area....it's stupid.
