Eliminate one place

I could live fine without any of them
I could too, easily. The only one from the group I like is Chik-Fil-A but I even try to avoid them because I don't like a lot of what they pretend to stand for. I don't need them preaching to me, plus that shit is absurdly expensive for what you get. Oh, and all those Stepford Wives white kids working there with all their "my pleasure!" bullshit. yuck

Don't understand why people sit in line for 20 minutes
'Cause people are dumb. Really dumb. They're like cows; tell 'em what to do and they do it. They see people standing in line and they just naturally go stand in line, too.

Made a simple rule years ago that I refuse to break when I go to a dining establishment: give me a parking spot and give me a table.

I'm the GUEST. Give me those two things and I'll pay what you're asking for your food/drinks and I'll tip accordingly.

If you think for one second that I'm willing to wait for what you have, you are dead fucking wrong. Guests don't wait.

Price it into those goods and services. I pay for what I use. Voluntary tax. I can chose not to use those goods and services. Why am I paying for goods and services I don't use?
In the case of roads, you do use them. I think there’s a reasonable debate to be had about what items are the government’s business, but it can’t be ala carte after that.

Are you saying roads can't be built without the government doing it?

I remember 20+ years ago when that shit was good. Same thing with Papa John's.

They came on strong with excellent ingredients at a good value and everyone was a customer. Slowly but surely over the years, they've taken a million liberties with quality so that the product you have today hardly resembles what we enjoyed 20+ yrs ago.
That’s true about nearly every place that gets big. I used to really like the Yard House. Food was great, atmosphere was good, ton of beer on tap. Loved it. They blew up and expanded rapidly. Sold out to a mega-chain and now their food is mediocre at best. They’re basically Applebee’s with a better beer list now.

Been mentioned a few times but I could also live without pretty much any of them, but most at least have some time and place usefulness.

Starbucks is paying $5 for liquid cardboard.

I had Starbucks once. Somebody brought a bunch into the office. I couldn’t believe how bad and bitter it was. Couldn’t finish it. The shit I make at home is better.
You could basically get an equal product out of a vending machine for a literal dollar.

About once a year I get a craving for a Taco Bell Crunchwrap supreme. I usually avoid it though because I hate throwing up out my ass. Old college habits are hard to break. At least I finally gave up on the Jack in the Box tacos once I had a real job. How I survived those at 3am is beyond me.
"Jack-In-The-Box" fast food ... Along with the Wienerschnitzel FF chain.

Steak n’ Shake was pretty good.

As long as Arby's is still around, the rest of them can be eliminated.

Chipotle's bullshit is over if I have my pick!
Well that's inter-a-desing. I hate the "ERHMAGARHD CHIPOTLE" attitude so many people my age have but I still like a good steak burrito there, especially compared to some of the options here.

the BK by me is good and I'll pick it up every once in a while, but Culver's, Wendy's and 5 Guys are usually chosen over BK when getting fast food burgers.
We just got our first Culver’s and I’ve been impressed. The strawberry milk shake is the bomb.
