Had a coworker who lived there for a long while and he said car break-ins were such a problem that people started just taking all their stuff out of the car every day when they got home and just leaving their car doors unlocked.

I do enjoy a few days down there. Food and music are awesome, but you can only overlook the fact that it smells like someone puked into a bucket of fried chicken for so long.
