My theory? Despite the elimination of benefits people are still able to sustain themselves because other expenses have been frozen. Examples, rent, student loans, utility bills, mortgage payments. Plus I think the lingering fear of exposure to people is a factor too

I saw an article last week where a Franklin Co. Judge ruled against the CDC. Kudos for him I say. If I own rental property I am still expected to pay tax and I am sure the tenant living rent free still wants their place maintained
