In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Ego is a Celestial, not an Eternal.
In the comics, Ego is a unique living planet, not a Celestial.
In either case, though, Ego is not an Eternal.
Eternals are an offshoot of humanity that were evolved/uplifted by Celestials, so I suppose in that sense a case could be made for Ego (as a Celestial) to appear in the movie.

Yes, this promo showed a Fantastic Four logo at the end, but that's not any new information: Marvel already announced the Fantastic Four movie and showed the same logo months ago.
