Can't wait to get them in Autzen so they can experience the toughest environment in the conference.

He said the silent part out loud ... oh the horrors of not being able to hear your teammates ... welcome to most important games in the SEC (maybe B1G, I don't know). When no. 1 UTjr came to Sanford two years ago, my ears were still ringing as I flew to a conference on Monday. UTjr had something like 9 penalties.

And, then the speed that can't be replicated by the scout team ... hello, there is a reason the great teams are great ... iron on iron.

That's what happens when you play in a 52,000 seat stadium and play 8 of the bottom teams in your league. As I posted, the minute they get punched in the face by people bigger and faster than them, reality is going to come at them fast. And this is the team we want hosting a playoff game?

They aren't going to be hosting a game now. Little to no chance unless absolute chaos happens.

Too early to tell until the committee releases rankings on Tuesday

Rankings Tuesday mean nothing. Unless michigan upsets OSU, Indiana won't be playing in the CCG, and the committee has no problem dropping teams in favor of those that do play in CCGs.

Ole Miss, A&M, and Alabama let Indiana off the hook. If they beat Purdue, they're going to be in the CFP. I'm interested to see how they do vs. a CFP caliber team. Going to Columbus to play the Buckeye would be a tough game for anyone IMO.

Have you noticed Ohio State seems to have no clue what they are doing on defense for a lot of first drives of the game this season?

For example, against Indiana not one blitz and a couple times didn't even use all four front guys. Rourke picked them apart with time.

Then they start trying apply pressure and the game turns on its head.

Yup. Both sides of the ball we've been slow to start practically all season. Hell, we let Akron get points on their first drive. Not sure why that's the case (especially on offense when we are as predictable as it gets on first drives), but thankfully we adjust well.

If Indiana is top 10 in the rankings, they are a lock.

Indiana had a disastrous special teams implosion. Without those mistakes, the game would have been much tighter than the final score indicated.

Buckeye defense took the game by the throat after the first drive though. Just flat out whipped Indiana up front.

Yea I don’t get it the offense and defense have came out and looked like total dogshit most of 1st quarters all year. We can’t do that in the playoff.

Funny how some people will argue that Bama should still maybe make the playoff when they just lost took their 3rd loss, 2nd to a unranked on the road against a 5 loss team by 21 points, but Indiana should be disqualified for losing by 23 @ #2 for their first loss

Who is saying this? Everything I've read is that IU will make it because teams like Bama and Ole Miss lost.

Nobody on here currently but you can bet some SEC shills will argue it come selection time.

Yeah, maybe Peter Burns but outside of that I can't see it. Hell even Finebaum will most likely trash Bama and Ole Miss today.

You way underestimate ESPNs ability to SEC shill it up

Hell Fowler and Herbstreit spent a ton of time during Bamas loss on Saturday blaming the wind for Milroe shitting the bed and claiming it’s not fair to judge on 1 game (even though it was Bamas 3rd loss and 2nd to a unranked)

It depends on what happens next week. No one say the shit hit the fan this week. ATM beats Texas, SMU loses, Miami loses, and a 3 loss Bama could be back in. They have a horseshoe so far up their ass, nothing would surprise me. It would really take chaos for a 3 loss team to get in, but if anyone is lucky enough for it to happen it would be those fucking elephants.

Yep and SMU and Miami are exactly the types of teams that will shit the bed in this situation.
