expanded waistlines and fattened jeans sales

I need to get back down to 34 or make it to 36, 35 is hard to find.

I declined by two.

All we hard over the past year were stories about people getting outside and being more active because of limited options for recreation. Apparently those fun runs ended up at Burger King

Haven't gone up a size, but want to get back down to 165-170. 170 should be a fairly athletic build, and 165 more ripped. Some of my t shirts fit a little too tight.

NOT Me! Back in my mid-40s, I went from 32W to 33W... 20+ years later, still 33W.

I've never had problems with any big weight gains. I'm 6ft and 170lbs, but might fluctuate 5lbs either way at times, but I generally stay around the 170lbs mark.

AND I eat & drink a lot too!! :drink:

Eh. I go up, I come down. I get up to 180, I go back down to 170. Doesn't seem to make much difference what I eat or how much I exercise.

My closet is full of slacks of different sizes for this reason.

Sounds very familiar. My dadbod hasn't changed much in 20 years

Nope. Still a 34 & about 170-ish.

Just had my annual physical that I skipped last year and was down 13 pounds since my summer 2019 physical.
