The guy just stepped foot on campus a few weeks ago. I thought he would be a guy who the staff would make earn playing time and maybe he'd help out later in the year, once he was in game shape.

Guy played 9 snaps in the first game, had 4 QB pressures and a sack. On the sack, he absolutely blew up the TE and RB. Hope this guy can figure out how to stay out of trouble. He could really help up later in the year once his conditioning catches up to this natural talent.

Loads of talent, just can't get out of his own way. Hope it works out for him

I honestly didn't think he'd see the field until later in the season. They basically just used him as a 3rd down pass rusher.

I do know, if he gets out of line at UM, they will send him out the door. We have his old high school coach on our staff, so i'm hoping that helps him. We shall see.

I was impressed with his play in his limited time. I had no clue who he was when he got the sack, as we have never had a #8 as a DE, but he trucked a guy to get the sack. Maybe with him knowing this is his last chance -- he will get out of his own way.
