My go to for a roast beef is extra sharp cheddar (or provolone, swiss not so much), guac, mayo (or mustard when I am feeling guilty since mayo is not very healthy as we get older), pickles, and that's about it. Rarely put lettuce on and I hate onions and 'maters. Occasionally, I will slice some cucumbers up and put them on it.

Recently, I got jiggy with it. Had some buffalo wing sauce and decided to go with sharp cheddar, pickles, a little mayo and buffalo sauce. Spicy roast beef sammich....hit the spot and I will try it again one day.
 
Need a TD before the end of the quarter.

Then we just need 10 points in the 4th to cover the over.
 
This is what happens when you almost always bet the under and decide to switch things up and bet the over....
