Did this challenge today

Highly do not recommend

Had ghost chili wings once, basically to say I did it. They tasted good, but about halfway through the second it became a struggle to finish it.

The poop the next day wasn't pleasant. Pretty sure the turds hissed when they hit the water. Know for a fact that I didn't want to sit down for about 15 minutes afterward.

:rip: stakes

I just checked in to an all inclusive resort for a "staycation". 3 drinks and a meal deep.

I'm gonna get so fuckked up. Might go swimming later. I hope I remember the Chiefs game.

Don't forget about the Chiefs game. You need to borrow some of my stacks?

Free booze and all in...sounds like Rex Racers motto at the truck stop glory hole

You..... You know that you can build a house in the country, right?

I told her if that's the route she wanted to go, we should plan on renting a place for 2 years to give us time to find the right land. Plus, the 5-7 months of home building.
5-7 months from raw land to move in date? That's not realistic, you should plan on 12+ months.

That's nice. Thanks for sharing, cum guzzler. Now wipe off your chin and get back to work.

Have not done that deed yet

Fortunately it was just one chip

Lady at work just built a home and it was definitely less than a year. Once they get the foundation laid, it's less than 150 days

We were quoted 120 days if we wanted to build.

But LOL @ fucking paying the specials in the places we wanted to build.

Most custom home builders around here would give a 9-12 month window, all the tradesman are so busy right now that trying to expedite the schedule is very difficult.

Buying a spec house in a subdivision would be quicker for sure.

Fuck that, no.

All I know is they guarantee it to be ready for move in within 150 after the foundation is set. Maybe they would just delay that start, I don't know. I want to say that my coworker finished their basement (they did it themselves to save money) in April. Their home was completed in late August early September. They used a different builder than where we toured.

Probably had a bunch of Amish hammer it out on the framing. They can get it done pretty quickly if there's enough of them.
