Well I'm sure as hell not living near downtown.

But also probably not pulling the trigger on anything just yet. We're almost there, but with the broad in school still and me paying for everything, the process is going slow. More of just testing the waters.

What interest rate you getting down there? One of mine was 2.75%, the other 3.125%.

I only did one. Like I said, mostly just testing waters. Wanted to see what we could get. But I got it right at 3.

Did a home COVID test to see if I got COVID from the Football Team game on Sunday and came back negative. Horray!
