We just watched a weak ass Defensive holding call on 3rd and long on Boise. Either let them play or call everything. Inconstancy is infuriating

Yes, PSU has bigger athletes, but they also have 'big game Franklin' so there's an equalizing force there.

The problem is that there are only 2 power conferences but the other ones want to pretend they are worthy of anything more than table scraps

Whoever was up for the Heisman that didn’t win it. Watching the big12 defenses this bowl season shows it extremely easy to put up huge offensive numbers against their defenses. They are pathetic .

Right. The formula they created was for a landscape that no longer exists and they made no attempt to tweak it ahead of the season (not that they likely could have).

They need some serious adjustments particularly to the teams that earn a bye.
