Think it's going to be wrestling night on the tv & laptop. HS alma mater has the individual conference championship this weekend. Then my Golden Gopher wrestling team will most likely be destroyed by Iowa. @PnkPanther is this something that all MN sports normally do?

I think my SIL's husband and his parents are Mennonite. His parents left the Catholic church, but I think most of his siblings remain in the Catholic church. I think one may go to another Protestant church.

lose to Iowa? Sadly yes, we did split in Basketball, but it's been awhile since we beat them in Football. Good news is Iowa fans are gracious winners :/

there is an amish population in central wisconsin, I'll see them driving in their buggys along the highway on the way to inlaws

i always feel bad for the horses, especially in inclimate weather

I can't speak for the Amish, but I believe the people we got our dog from were Mennonites. They were strange for sure. But the set up they had was a lot better than I expected for a small puppy mill. The dogs seemed pretty healthy and free to roam around the yard they had. I will say they were pretty nice and seemed to care. They kept wanting to check up and see how he was doing for a few months afterwards.

That's good sign that they're responsible and care. A lot of places just care about the $$.

Penny, our doxie, is probably last dog we'll get from a breeder. It's tough as Mrs Pnk really likes doxies and you don't really find those on rescues unless they're old or have health problems (and usually both old and health problems)

Murray has mostly stopped with cord chewing, but he did unplug my phone charger other day and I caught him. I think unattended i would've lost another cord

he's chewed 2 laptop power cords (shokcing himself once as it was plugged in), 4-5 phone/ipad charging cards....
