You should weigh yourself at the same time everyday and use that as a bench mark. It's not unusual to fluctuate 3 or more pounds throughout the day.

Craziest swing I saw was over seven pounds up and then down again within 24 hours.

I wasn't implying that you haven't lost weight. I was advising you that if you really want to track your weight, which I do, you should weigh yourself at the same time every day.

It's not unusual for me to wake up and weigh 163 and then weigh 167 later that night, only to be back to 163 the next morning.
