yeah Simpson Hunt has tested off the charts and has really good tape his Sr season.. On3 is really high on him.. I'd still rate Malik Muhammad/Toviano/Rodgers/Thomas over him.. but he's pretty close to that level imo

I think Safety is a bigger problem going forward than CB.

Yeah he's not on the elite echelon but he's right below it. I'm glad we moved in on him before he skyrocketed in the rankings and could secure the commitment.

He was a really low 4* when we first offered him while he was committed to TTech I think, then he balled out his senior year.

I don’t like either, but if I had to choose, I’d take Day over Riley 100 times out of 100

I’ll say this Riley went to USC and turned them around fast. I get Williams is why but he recruited him, brought him with him and he has three Heisman QBs on his resume.

How he can’t find a DC to save his life is beyond me but the kid delivers.

He got beat twice by a way less talented Utah team and beat again by an even less talented Tulane team.

He’s the worst big game coach in the country

It will never work no matter who he brings in until he dedicates his time recruiting on the defensive side. I know he understands this because they are loading in the portal.. the LB from okie light is an immediate upgrade over anything they have currently

Grinch was bad at Oklahoma and the one year he was our "CO" DC he blew chunks too. You can say "no matter who he brings in" but Grinch is not the guy no matter who their players on defense are. Lincoln loves him for some reason though.

just saying, he had the dumb stoops first, then picked Grinch.. that's 0/2 so far.. That's enough to tell me it's a Lincoln thing.. he has to dedicate more time recruiting to that side of the ball

landthieves would attack me years ago about this.. I was like look at Drew Sanders.. kid was born to play defense and what did LR recruit him as? A fucking TE
