if we're going to fire a coach for not beating Alabama, then you may as well fire everyone in CFB. Alabama's 182-24 since Saban took over and 6 of those losses came in one season...
 
Nah, Kirby knew what he was doing ... getting Saban all loose and overconfident for the rematch in the CFB where he'll really lay it on the Tide.

Richt didn’t have Saban at Bama in his first 6 years. I am huge Richt fan. These comparisons are just lazy … Smart has the program ascendant in a way it never was under Richt.
 
Hell I ain't blaming Smart. I blame the rest of the SEC. Bama (and Georgia) need to be taken care of during the conference runs. Hell, the B1G finally got new blood in the CCG. Same for the ACC and the Big 12. With the exception of LSU, the rest of the conference ain't pulling their weight. Beat their ass BEFORE the post season. Then everyone else doesn't have to deal with them.

But don't send a team like 2019 LSU to the CFP

Auburn was there in 2017.

Florida was there last year.
 
Should have been fired last year. Fucker caused me to run my side by side out of gas deep in the woods and I fell walking home in the dark and my wrist is either sprained or broke, it’s swelled up pretty good either way.

Tennessee was the best offense they played. They won 41-17
Florida could move the ball, but was very average at scoring.
Arky and Kentucky were above average.

Other than those 4 offenses, they played trash.
