He's wrong lol

The list of reviewable plays does not include fair catch plays

They looked at it to see if DeJean went out of nlunds then reversed it based on something they can't reverse it on ( even if you deem it an invalid fair catch which is at best debatable )

1. There is most certainly a rule against illegal fair catch in attempt to eliminate fake outs

2. Iowa had more than one questionable call go there way, including on their only TD drive. Or dejean initiating contact in different punt and getting interference call. Which impacted field position since your offense did nothing

3. You still only need ~20 yards to win with 1:40, Iowa again failed

4. The only people backing you I see are whiny Iowa fans

5. Keep crying

Any chance one of you Iowa guys could share Brian Ferentz’s post game presser?

Wisconsin also had this issue

But Iowa fans on Twitter are better experts

The cash itself is debatable

The fact is not re b iewable is not

Per the CFB rule book the only reviewable plays are

Plays involving the sideline or goal line

Ball placement calls

Targeting calls

Or detectable calls ie fumble/no fumble, pass complete/incomplete, touchdown/no touchdown, runner down/not down, player or ball inbounds/out of bounds, clock adjustments).

North Carolina punt returner just waived his arms several times, fielded the punt, ran 10 yards. Apparently this is not a consistently enforced rule

You're wrong but keep trying to cope and blame a loss on refs when Iowa had 127 yards of offense and 3 turnovers on refs.

Feel free to ignore earlier calls going your way

Honestly, I'm more surprised that Iowa didn't win the game despite managing 127 yards.

Their longest rush was for 7 yards. 116 yards on 28 pass attempts and 36 were on one play.

This is why I want to see Brian’s press conference. I need to know how he feels about the offensive explosion.

I'm assuming he meant implosion

All the refs fault

It’s a play that Iowa fans will never forget. Many non Iowa fans will be talking about it for years to come.

IDK about that penalty. Seems like one of those they can almost call most punts when the returner runs to the ball and yelling at teammates. Against Penn State, there was a punt return he didn't seem to yell and definitely didn't give signals and it hit an iowa guy in the back. It seems equivalent to "there is holding on every play."

If there ever is a year this should happen, it should be this year.

Yeah, I've seen plenty of times where the returner waves teammates off on a line drive kick only to end up grabbing it and returning it
