Nearest wendy's is about 10 minutes away depending on lights and then I'd probably have to sit in a long drive thru line as it's in a low income area, so probably high demand for free breakfast

I think the realtor kind of helped me out with SA a little bit. He's a friend of hers, so she trusts him. She is totally against living in Columbus City Schools (because they do suck), but doesn't realize that elementary and to some degree middle schools pool from more localized areas. So if you're in a good neighborhood within the city, your kids are going to school with kids of similar families until they get older. He lives in one of those neighborhoods, and raved about his kid's elementary school.

Not many true suburbs on the list we gave him.

But we could save about $1,500/yr in taxes and get more house for the money by living in Columbus... Then use that saved money to send kids to a private high school
