This came out a few days ago but no one has posted about it.
Jeff Tedford has stepped down for health reasons.
Tim Skipper has been named interim coach.

Sucks. The guy’s a hell of a coach.

Tedford news is a huge bummer. Always liked him, especially when he was at Cal. Had Cal on the brink of a conference championship (and maybe even BCS title game?) in 2004, but they just fell short against an incredible USC team.

I hope Tedford can have a healthy retirement. He is/was a great coach! Tim Skipper getting a chance to coach his alma mater is pretty cool too.

I wish we would have got him instead of Harsin. Hopefully he can have a healthy retirement.
