Funny listening to this agent cry after our closer corrected him yesterday. Gave him multiple copies of fees and to list any he would have besides commission. Didn't do it, and wouldn't complete the order form. The other agent did and thus said agent didn't get an admin fee.

Fucking Dominion. Supposed to have gas line installed. Their contractor evidently couldn't be bothered to get out of his truck and didn't install claiming backfill wasn't done. It was done over a month ago. So now job has to be rescheduled and they have to resubmit another OUPS ticket which takes 48 hours. A ticket to come back out and mark the lines that were already marked.
