That’s the right attitude. The whole point of a PT is to teach you well enough to eventually go off and train yourself. You got the bike/equipment. That’s the important part.

You can prob find countless videos on YouTube that simulate the workouts you had on that app.

How can you take an ordinary exercise bike & pair it with Google maps? That would be awesome for my cheap butt.
