even if you plan to move, it'll build equity faster. There are differing schools of thought

1. There is a group feeling you should have smaller payment and put more money into retirement accounts etc. There is argument to be made the gains in investing will outweigh the interest you pay.

2. I went with 15 year because I want to be mortgage free by 55, I don't want to be at 65 and still have 20-30 years left. This is more conservative approach

3. if you're thinking about moving, make sure you know breakeven point, if cost of new mortgage takes 3 years to payoff and you move in 2, you're behind
