Friday Morning - A Tribute to DJ

Changing your running shoes up is recipe for disaster
Who said anything about changing up? You still wear your preferred shoe but should mix in barefoot or minimalist to strengthen

Nike has so many weird tennis shoes these days...

So wear Hokas and then switch to minimalist/barefoot...

what could go wrong

Looking forward to a great weekend in Nashville. It is the garden spot of Indiana

You should always run in the same shoe until it dies.
That is 100% minor league

You should have at least 2 pair to alternate. Granted I am alting between two different brands but I am a rebel

I am a Nike whore but their running shoes suck
I dig the Air Pegasus 35s. They changed the tongue on the 36s and subsequent models and I don't like it, so I bought a few pairs of the 35s before they disappeared. I'm set on running shoes for four or five years.
Nike running shoes are cheeks.
What does that mean?
Ran in a pair of Pegasus yesterday. Feet hurt the whole time.
No they didn't.

What's that, like 10 bottles of your fancy pants sour beers?
I've never paid more than $35 for a bottle.

I have a friend who has paid a couple hundred...yuck

I think once I spent $120 on a 4-pack of 750s, but it was a joint purchase that we shared between like 6 people. I have a really hard time spending more than $15 for beer, unless it's coming in a case or a keg.

liquor store down here started carrying Other Half brewing.

that's one @nappyvalley keeps talking about, right?

I still have some Tired Hands IPAs in my fridge that need drinking
