Friday morning

Ended up doing a 1st grader's homework for him. Cousin S2's fiancé called and couldn't get her oldest son's homework to work from her smart phone. Wife had similar issue with Buck's homework before. Logged into my laptop with his his info and could get it to work. So to save them a trip over I just did it for him. Find out that his teacher is a lady that goes to our church. She's in for it this year as my 2nd cousin's daughter is in the same class. S2's step son & 2nd cousin's daughter are handfuls in different ways.

At tHoop I mainly posted in the morning thread, B1G Thread, and occasionally dabbled in the stupidity of the PF (although that was greatly reduced, just can't take it anymore) so never concerned myself much with the internet drama

Yeah the timing was interesting for me as a few weeks earlier I had decided that life was too short to spend time arguing with assholes on the PF. So I had pulled away already, no interest in mixing it up here with the same cast of characters. But I won't put Douche on ignore here, just don't care anymore.

Even thought it was the predicted results I really enjoyed that game last night. Seems the Chiefs are doing it right, 22% capacity, mostly all in masks and distanced. Every stadium should do that, they were still vocal and part of the game experience on TV.

I guess the rain is done here for now, thank God.

I don't think it will dry enough for me to mow tonight, but maybe...

tennis in the morning, so going to lay low tonight. I can't do the go out and hang with friends thing and expect to play decent tennis in the morning anymore.

I feel like I need a cast list to make heads or tails of this family. My take-away is you are doing your kids' homework for them

we will see, might hang on to it for the NFL season since I can't go to bars to watch the games with COVID and all that...

I might also switch to Sling for $30 a month vs $55...but right now this will work.

I watched some of the women, hotdam they can hit the balll these days.

Is that Chris Evert doing commentary? She didn't hit it like that.

I have Hulu, but I get that for B1G Network. I suppose I could back to sling for the year.

Serena was just BLASTING the ball but Azakenka just kept battling. Ton of credit there.

The American girl that lost to Naomi, Jen Brady, was hitting some great shots too. Hope to see more of her.
