I think Syracuse is legit a decent football team. Wouldn't be shocked if they win 9 or maybe even 10 games in a super weak ACC.

Well, it's certainly a battle between those two.

I'd say over the past decade it has to be SEC, B1G, Big XII, ACC/PAC, PAC/ACC
 
These Virginia receivers are huge and he's not coming close giving them a shot to go up and get it
 
If UVA had a kicker, this game would be 13-9

Yeah only one playoff team has come out of each the Big12, Pac, and ACC if my memory is correct

So, ACC has had 2 (FSU in '14 and Clemson)
Big 12 has had 1
PAC12 has had 2 (Oregon in '14 and Washington in '16)
