No they haven’t. The SCOTUS has not heard the cases which is why unions and guilds are standing firm behind the employees. Once the Governor fires them it is going to set off another round of lawsuits and the employees will win. I am not saying Rolo shouldn’t get fired, but for sure the country needs acknowledge we are no longer in a pandemic and into an epidemic.

Wrong. Vaccine mandates have already been upheld by the Supreme Court.

Yeah ... "SOME" state mandates have been upheld by SCOTUS so far. But, I don't think they have actually "ruled" on the "Federal" vaccine mandates/passports thing yet. That seems to be a more "touchy" point.

I don't think there's anything to rule on. To my knowledge, no "federal" mandate exists.
