Frost fired

Typical bullshit by a person who clearly is clueless. It really is hard to take your spewage serious. Iowa, Illinois, Indiana all grow more corn than Nebraska. Soybeans rotate with corn in the East and East Central Nebraska to West border of the state are Sandhills covered in grass and is ranching country. Western Nebraska is huge in growing Sugar Beets.
MFKN SUGAR BEETS YO

I'm prepared to make you a $100 bet that Nebraska, regardless of whichever coach they may bribe into joining their dreadful program, will not compete in the college playoff for the next 15 years. Probably longer. I'm pretty sure I'd even go so far as to put another $100 that they won't even achieve a national AP ranking in that span. Why? Because of the plethora of aforementioned issues with Nebraska's location, culture, and academics.
A) i dont bet stupid bets with people i dont know and dont plan on knowing in 15 years from now B) You dont know what you are talking about C) with the right coach there is no reason we cant do everything michigan has done, so if the right circumstances occur like what allowed michigan to back door their way into the playoff, there is absolutely no reason for nebraska to not make a 12 team playoff in 15 years derp

A $100 15 year bet?

Bold.

You need to troll harder. This is simply not up to Hoop standards.

Man your team is looking at a potential one win season, you have bigger fish to fry than my troll creds

How great were Bama's recruiting classes when Mike Shula was coaching them?

Blue blood programs are pretty much never going to have completely empty cupboards because of name recognition. Nebraska is no different. Plus, as I mentioned, the transfer portal is a good way to add talent quickly.
I completely disagree with you. Nebraska has about the talent of decent G5 program but for B1G team and their history the cupboard is bare. The Alabama kids I know that have gone there were pretty much passed up by SEC schools. Some of them end up to be really good players but they weren’t winning recruiting battles to get them.

As for being a “blue-blood” that is nothing more than a self proclaimed title that doesn’t mean shit. Nebraska would change places with Clemson, Auburn, LSU, Florida and Georgia for the last 15 years of success. None of those are considered blue-bloods and no one has paid attention to Nebraska for the better part of 20 years. The 18 year olds that are signing today don’t know a successful Nebraska program.

Nebraska is in the middle of a recruiting desert and they aren’t going to beat out better known regional teams for their own talent.

They’re future is behind Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State and Wisconsin trying to fight Michigan State and Iowa for position of which they are losing badly.

It might not matter who coaches them. They need to find major NIL money to turn it around.

The Nebraska Sugarbeeters just doesn't have the same ring to it. does it?

LOL Non-Bluebloods just dont get it

But they won't. Louisiana is a talent rich state. That's why Brian Kelly left. California is a talent rich state. That's why Lincoln Riley left.

Mel Tucker is the closest guy out there to the "massive contract aspect". MSU had a booster say they will give him 90 million.

The elite coaches are going to get paid at the top schools located in the top recruiting states. Or are you saying Nebraska over their past 5 coaches didn't want an elite coach and settled on who they hired?

Lincoln Riley got a $2.5 million/yr pay raise to go to USC.
Brian Kelly got a $6 million pay/yr raise to go to LSU.

"That's why Lincoln Riley left."
"That's why Brian Kelly left."

If it were all your simpleton thought process, they'd have been had for even money.

Hey, don't blame me for the fact that your parents didn't have any children who lived.
That’s as old as the petrified shit on your teeth.
