Drive through any apartment complex at night in metro Omaha/suburbs and see the cheap ass Iowans living here in Nebraska but still license their cars in Iowa because it’s cheaper.

They’re all over Sarpy County. They drive like shit, haven’t figured out turn signals, stop in the middle of traffic to turn instead of using turn lanes, and don’t know how to park at the store. In winter they are driving around with iced up windows so I deduce they haven’t driven very far. The state would make a windfall if they ticketed the ones not licensing their cars here. Omaha did a night patrol for this years ago and the numbers of Iowans cheating on our taxes was huge. Omaha was after their wheel tax money.

I'm right by sarpy country. I live in Douglas and can spit in sarpy. But I can also see country/204th/31 from my deck

I don't know about traffic in major cities because I refuse to drive in them.

Toll roads don't operate that way. Toll collectors are paid out of tolls collected.
