Nebraska has clearly declined to Iowa levels of occasional moral victories. I don't think anyone is arguing that at this point.

No. It was the 2020 Music City Bowl after Missouri backed out. It was a bowl game that wasn't played. Basically, iowa playing they won by forfeit.
