I started when I was 13 because it would give you a pretty strong buzz. Then you don’t get a buzz anymore and you’re hooked.

I decided to quit because the brand I used had more than doubled in price, and my dentist said that my teeth were in great shape, but my gum line was starting to recede and it’s not bad now, but if I don’t quit I could need dentures for my bottom teeth in 20 years

You should put all the money you were going to spend on cigarettes in a shoebox or something and buy something fun at the end of 6 months with all the money you've saved. Seeing the money pile up is a good motivator :D

My father quit (when he died)
My mother quit (when she died)
My sister quit (when she died)
a cigarette has never touched my lips. I was the wild one that nobody thought wuld live to see 25.
Everybody that said that is dead. Most by cigarette smoking.

Why don’t you just switch to medical marijuana?
 
I found when i quit smoking cigs and switched to vaping that the 9 million other chemicals in the damn things make it so much harder to quit.

Quitting vaping was exponentially easier than transitioning from smoking to vaping.

Thankful every day i was able to quit completely off all that crap

I have a friend from college who quit when he moved to Wisconsin because of how much more expensive it is there.

Honestly not a bad reinforcement.
 
States care so much about our health and safety I am shocked they even allow the sale of anything with nicotine in them.

i was at the checkout once and behind the cashier were masks for $2.99 and a pack of cigarettes for $12.99.
