GAME Game of the Day: LSU at Arkansas

and the idiot launched himself. Definitely targeting.
 
These announcers have been 100% wrong this whole game.
 
Don't get me wrong I want LSU to win but I don't agree with that call.

I get your point but the receiver was already going down when the defender was in the middle of his hit. Is supposed to stop in mid-air? Easy to call it when looking at it in slow mo.
 
Receivers need to learn to slide into DB's shoulder pads like that - could eliminate the entire secondary for targeting.

No, not at all, but he appeared to leave his feet, which is a targeting whether the WR is slipping or not. That's been a big no-no for almost a decade now...
 
Not sure they can confirm he remained control throughout the catch? Tough on LSU there.
