Gas Prices in you Area/Gas Buddy

Going thru town, Circle K was 4.18. In the other town, Sprint Mart was 4.19, Murphy's was 4.13 and the other Sprint Mart was 4.15. For the first time in a couple of months I went to Natchez, which is about 15 miles from here. The Murphy's in front of the natchez wmt store was 4.34. The two Exxon places I passed were 4.44. Those two are locally owned by the same group that just happens to sell Exxon. They have always been higher .
Planning on going to Lake Charles tomorrow. Will see what gas is in different parts of the state. Planning on going. Even tho it's only 3 and half hours away, haven't been there since 1995. I guess I will make a final decision in the morning.

My F-150 FX2 gets between 15 and 16 ..... I do have the towing package but have not had a trailer in years so no idea how bad it would be pulling anything.
What motor and transmission do you have

$4.69 and honestly 14 year old me chuckled at the sign.

Those dealers are probably out of those too
Back in the day they made gokarts and such out of old lawn mowers and weed eaters.... had a buddy who had a motorized skate board that was done with a weed eater engine

$4.94 ... the price here never got above $5.00 but it's not gone down like other areas are starting to.

When I was in Lake Charles on the 4th gas was from 4.39-4.59
Haven't gone to town here yet, so Don't know what it is here.

Also going thru Pineville, Circle K was 3.99. Wmt gas in front of a wmt Neighborhood Market was 4.05

There's a $3.99 7-Eleven now
Lots of Membership stations below that.

Maybe when the price is so high, people use less and the cost goes down.
Maybe not.

Still $4.59 here

It's interesting to go back and look at my previous posts.

Last Sept I had it at $2.99

In June 2022 I had it at $4.94 (which is the high I remember)

So it's still $1.60 higher than last Sept, but only $.35 off it's high.

This is what they're celebrating in D.C. and the mainstream media?

$4.57-$4.73 in my area yesterday. Surprising "down" from close to $5.00 last week.
