We are 3-1. Today we beat up on VMI. It's not anything really to brag about....but in previous years we might have lost this game. Most people had Tech at 5-7 or 6-6 for the year....so starting off at 3-1 is a nice refreshing change. Next week's game against Louisville will be the real test.

I know the Yellow Jackets have been not-so-good in past years. However, I highly doubt they would have lost to VMI. At 3-1, GT fans should be pretty happy. The only thing is there isn't a win that is moving the meter.

In 2019 Georgia Tech lost (at home!) to an 0-2 FCS Citidel team. We wound up going 3-9 on that season. So.....my expectations these last few years have been very very low. It's nice to have.....optimism?!!?! Is this what optimism feels like?
