Psssh… Do you remember when Goldwater was nerd cool before “nerd” entered the popular lexicon? Remember where you were when Kennedy was shot? The very first superbowl? Heck, I preceded Medicare.
 
I met Faust in 1981, after he was hired to coach Notre Dame.
He was the guest speaker at my high school annual athletic banquet my senior year. He was a much better speaker than he was a college football coach. His success at Cincinnati Moeller was big news back in the day.
I was a bit star struck, and flattered, when I met him and he knew who I was.

I remember when TGIF was a thing and Snick the next night. YOU'VE GOT MAIL, while slick Willie did not have sexual relations with that intern. (I feel like she's hotter now). But yeah, you def got me beat old man lol

The Stones selling Start Me Up to Microsoft for the debut of Windows 95. AOL buying Time-Warner. #X radio stations popping up in multiple markets. MySpace. Various buyers trying to keep Netscape relevant. Yeah, I was a Senior VP in financial services during the 90s. Gave that up to become a Senior PM of enterprise level projects during the transformation of the communications industry. Enjoyed that for 24 years, then retired.
