If Holmgren signs:

Holmgren
Sallis
Ayayi (most likely of the 4 to come back)
Watson
Nembhard
Cook (maybe he stays)
Strawther
Harris
Ballo
Gregg

Not a bad rotation.

Few is gonna land a rotational transfer too, probably a great one if we're being honest. He's landed a huge piece the last 5 years or so. NWG, Johnathan Williams, Jordan Matthews, Clarke, Woolridge. I'm sure I'm missing some.

I do think Ayayi is gone though. He has been so good this season. He's gotta be a 1st rounder.

Hes gone but Zags roster should still be loaded

I hear a lot of people saying Kessler from UNC, but if Holmgren signs, I don’t see a place for him, unless they think Gregg needs more time to develop.

You can add Kaden Perry to my original list. Forgot he’s coming in.

I do think Ayayi is gone as well. Especially since I think he flirted with it last year. But hes truly a fringe first rounder right now I think. Like basically last pick or 2 or early 2nd(with potential to then maybe fall).

He isn't much of a shooter(tho a good % this year) yet but thats also mostly cause he doesnt really need to be for the Zags.

Official now

As expected, Chet to Gonzaga

Updated potential rotation:

Nembhard
Sallis
Holmgren
Timme
Strawther
Watson
Harris
Gregg
A transfer
Perry
Arlauskaus (surprised he hasn’t entered the portal yet)

Not bad.

I thought they should have been preseason #1 before the Hickman commit, but this pretty much assures it IMO. Gonzaga is loaded.

Timme makes it official. He's coming back. Gonzaga is fucking loaded.

I just saw that and I'm kinda shocked because I would've thought he would be a lottery pick with his size and skill but maybe I'm wrong. Or, I guess he just like college ball.

He's a huge defensive liability, as we saw in the title game, which has dropped his stock some. He also doesn't have elite athleticism, which hurts. The one thing that can help him is if he upgrades his face up game, and can stretch out his range. Alot of his stuff is off of screen and roll slips and back to the basket stuff. Which he wouldn't get as many of at the next level IMO.

I’m just surprised he didn’t go through the process to get feedback.

I'll tell you this: If I were him then I would go all in during the offseason working with a trainer and get my strength and speed at the most optimal level my body could take. He has a golden opportunity and if he will just show he is willing to put in the work and take critique that would go a long way.

Barkley became the player he was in the NBA after college and it was Moses Malone who took him under his wing and convinced him to work hard off as well as on the court. It paid off huge because if he had continued to carry all the weight he did in college he might not have made it to a second contract and people would have forgotten who he was.

Timme has an opportunity to take it to the next level if he will just put in the work.

Pathetic effort tonight.

So is Gonzaga just not very good or what ?

They're good just not as good as they were pumped up to be.

#1 seed may be in doubt though.

I think they're missing Tommy Lloyd. By all accounts, he was a huge part of their success over the last 20 years, and it shows.

Free throw line was a problem tonight. That and awful 1st half defense.
