This is a Dutch guy. Accent is there, but his English is good. He also shows a clear appreciation for American cars of the past, but he is fair and balanced on where we went wrong (the four part malaise era series was excellent)

Yes.
I love the Motor Trend Channel. All of the shows are pretty good. Iron Resurrection, Kindig-It, Texas Metal, Wheeler Dealers, Chasing classic cars.

The newest one I've seen is Auto/Biography. Every car tells a story.

This has become my favorite car show.

I discovered 'Junkyard Gold' about a year ago. It's been on for years and I just hadn't seen it.
It's great.
