Tell him to drop a couple hundred pounds while he is at it...I saw him winded walking out of the tunnelI'm going to start writing my "Good by Mike Elko" thread for next season if this is the kind of outcome it brings![]()
I've got him on a strict workout regimen this offseason. It's called the "fuck all of the B1G mothers" exercise. It's pretty common among the SEC schools. Great cardio and weight lifting.Tell him to drop a couple hundred pounds while he is at it...I saw him winded walking out of the tunnel
I've heard this as well. His fiancee still lives there evidently?Anyone seeing the rumors about Knowles coming to OU? Word is it has legs.
Yeah and they are getting married this year. Her son graduates high school and is going to play small college basketball here in OKI've heard this as well. His fiancee still lives there evidently?
I could see it happen then. BV is a bit of a peculiar guy but so is Knowles. He accomplished his goals at OSU I suppose. If it's a move for family, I get itYeah and they are getting married this year. Her son graduates high school and is going to play small college basketball here in OK
The only way it makes sense to me is if Venables was told he has to be more of a head coach. I’d rather spend the money on offensive players but if it has fell in our lap obviously you don’t turn it down.I could see it happen then. BV is a bit of a peculiar guy but so is Knowles. The best part about this title is that it keeps Ryan Day around forever.
Only downside to Knowles is he will take a season or two implementing his system, it was rough for us his first season at times. That said, our defenses the last two years have been spectacular. The only way it makes sense to me is if Venables was told he has to be more of a head coach. They if it is a family move, I get it, even if it takes some time for him to succeed. Football wise there isn't a better place for him thoughOnly downside to Knowles is he will take a season or two implementing his system, it was rough for us his first season at times. Not so sure he and Venables are very different.Only downside to Knowles is he will take a season or two implementing his system, it was rough for us his first season at times. That said, our defenses the last two years have been spectacular.
Knowles won't get a season or two, that seat for Vulnerable has to be pretty warm already.Only downside to Knowles is he will take a season or two implementing his system, it was rough for us his first season at times. That said, our defenses the last two years have been spectacular.
Yeah you're not wrong. They've gotta fix that offense. The defense isn't even bad, honestly.Knowles won't get a season or two, that seat for Vulnerable has to be pretty warm already.
No pay cut, he would get a raise I am toldHope that woman treats him real good. Gotta imagine he will be taking a good chunk of a pay cut as well as going into a much less stable environment if he leaves.

Should have put that $2.2m towards keeping their QB from 2023.Crazy they would be willing to pay a defensive coach over 2.2 million when their highest paid assistant this year wasn't even half that. Defense wasn't Oklahoma's problem
