hmm.. Could explain it! Yesterday I did smell something and couldn't figure out what it was or where exactly it was coming from

well.... landlord apparently was being a jerk to them AND they are couples so how they've last this long at this place is beyond me.. Not big enough for 2 people

Also a few of them bought houses so obviously no need to rent anymore

I think? I remember when I was in HS we would get all geeked out when the East Bay catalogue would come because that was the best way to order stuff sports stuff (pre internet)

I think that is where I bought my kids Easton softball bats from.
 
After a nice, relaxing weekend, I woke up yesterday to a former client having emailed me multiple times threatening to "put a bullet in my head", "someone should kill you", and "it's too bad because you have young kids".

So yesterday turned out to be a full day of filing a Harassment Restraining Order and dealing with police. Fun times.

If I wasn't certain of it before, that might be the final proverbial nail in the coffin for me getting out of this business when our lease is up next fall.

We just put it on the curb. Almost everything goes. If it is in good condition I donate it to Bridging.
