yep...I need to start going in a new direction...the nuclear industry isn't growing...quite the opposite

But that is one of my "concerns" about a new job. I've kind of pigeonholed myself in my role, being here for 10 years. I've got some project management experience, but unless I go either upstream or downstream, I'm not sure the demand would be there.

exactly...if I don't go now, I will be stuck and I don't want that.

I have enough experience in my company that it will translate, but there will still be something I will need to learn.

Yes. It was bizarre. Kind of looked like the moon, but bigger and brighter.

I thought maybe it could have been from the wild fires? I've heard of some atmospheric phenomenons as a result of the fires, but I'm not sure it would have effect this far east.
