what time of year do you put it down?

I plan on dethatching and aerating as soon as the current crabgrass dies off

then put down some seed

It has to be applied as soon as dandelions start to appear, when the temps are in the steady 60's and no rain forecasted for the next 48 hours. The window is narrow for those conditions here in Brew Town so have to strike when the iron is hot. Thatching and aerating will certainly help and so will using this



Have used other products over the year and Scotts is the best hands down.

I put some "all natural" lawn food down a couple of weeks ago. Must have shit in it, the dogs are distracted by it.

SIL does photography as a side gig, mostly weddings. But he's used one to do aerial shots of homes (mostly rural) for real estate agencies.

Probably will stick at the job a little longer if they get my raise put on my checks properly. First check they had to put the raise as a bonus to get it on. So they can screw me in taxes. Then the last check didn't have it. My boss was looking into it as he does payroll and still no answer from him. One of the worst parts of my job has gone to someone else, so I just chill out most of the time. They're finding out that I did a lot of crap and put up with a lot of bs from others I didn't have to. Now I'm just advice giver and equipment shipper for the most part.

Noticed this as a trend. Didn't understand, no one buys a house site unseen, getting "aerial" shots seems like a waste of time.
