Good morning good people. The wife is coming home today. Sometime around noon. Both the dog and I are looking forward to that.

Strange day yesterday. I got up too quickly from a chair in my wife's hospital room and collapsed. Next thing I know, 8 people are in the room, and I'm in a wheelchair heading for the emergency room. I was there for 3 hours, poked and probed. Even had a cat scan. Nothing found. Apparently just a big drop in blood sugar, and away we go.

Another strange one was my 401K. I routinely check it out on a daily basis, and then I discover one of those things you read about, but it always happens to other people. The value had increased by more than 100%. I checked it out this morning and it's back to normal. I wasn't going to say anything. Apparently, there was a reverse stock split, and somehow I wound up with mucho money.

Thought for the day: No one is lazy. They're just on energy saving mode.

I thought maybe it could have been from the wild fires? I've heard of some atmospheric phenomenons as a result of the fires, but I'm not sure it would have effect this far east.

It's definitely from the fires. Been hazy as shit the last few days here It's bad here today.
