my new neighbor with the obnoxious string lights around their property now have a fenced in backyard...but it isn't a privacy fence...it is a frame with what looks like chicken wire around it...which I am thinking means chickens....

I doubt it meets the HOA requirements either.

My Sis in MD has very restrictive requirements covering the color they can make their house, fencing, etc.

ours isn't that strict...and I don't see anything about "don't have livestock"

but there is a "fences must meet HOA approval process. I don't think they went through the process.

I don't plan on snitching on them...unless they get an annoying fucking rooster.
